PITCHES
For the confirmation of reservation, we ask a deposit of CHF 50.-, the balance has to be paid upon arrival. The deposit of 50.- is kept for administration charges and is not refunded.

FOR RENTALS DEPOSIT
For the confirmation of reservation, we ask a deposit for 25% of the total sum of your stay, the balance to be paid upon arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rentals are available from 14:00 pm on the day of arrival and should be made available before 10:00 am on the day of departure. No refund can be made for early departures.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
A deposit of 100 CHF guarantee for the rental is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure after verification of possible deterioration or additional cleaning after control by the person in charge.

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be notified by email. For cancellations received 40 days or more before the date of arrival, the amount of 50.- CHF for administration charges will be kept. Any cancellation received less than 40 days before the date of arrival will lead to the loss of the paid sums.

REGULATIONS
All clients are obliged to follow the regulations of the camp grounds. The rental is granted to the same person for the entire stay.
